Ashish Singhi commented on HBASE-14154:
---------------------------------------

{quote}
-1 core tests. The patch failed these unit tests:
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.util.TestProcessBasedCluster
org.apache.hadoop.hbase.mapreduce.TestImportExport
{quote}
Not related to the patch. I have seen in other QA runs as well.

{quote}
-1 core zombie tests. There are 1 zombie test(s): at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.coprocessor.TestOpenTableInCoprocessor.testCoprocessorCanCreateConnectionToRemoteTableWithCustomPool(TestOpenTableInCoprocessor.java:145)
{quote}
Not related to the patch. I am able to reproduce this without patch also. This is related
to HBASE-12295. I will comment there.

> There are cases where a user wants to have a control on the number of hfile copies he/she
can have in the cluster.
> For eg: For a test table user would like to have only one copy instead of three(default).
