We actually did this for a time at Cloudera in hopes of better utilizing hosts, but found
that tests would become flakey, even if run in separate containers, because of resource contention;
it really seems that HBase tests need to be the only executor on a pretty beefy Jenkins slave.
I'd be happy to post up the Dockerfile I used to build the hbase-test-slave image that we
used, though.
