Do you mean adding a label on the Mutation itself? Or do you mean adding a tag? What label
I was thinking just add an attribute in the Mutation.

'true' if edit was via replication or would it list src cluster ids?
Yes, we can just use the number of cluster ids to check if the mutations are from replication.
