I don't really think type of blocking queue matters in this case. It's just without this patch
the requests get distributed between call* and priority* executors, and now most of them (in
this particular test) go thru the latter one. Just saturation I think. Which OS are you using?
On my mac 10 handlers from IDE don't pass always. I'll set it to something higher just to
be on the safe side. I don't think it's going to be critical (as all threads get shut down
when test completes).
