Verified the patch on cluster.
We would see the following metrics at server level:

    "ScanNext_median" : 649115.0,
    "ScanNext_75th_percentile" : 650000.0,
    "ScanNext_95th_percentile" : 650000.0,
    "ScanNext_99th_percentile" : 650000.0,
