Running a range scan with PE tool with 25 threads getting this error
java.lang.ArithmeticException: / by zero
        at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.io.BoundedByteBufferPool.putBuffer(BoundedByteBufferPool.java:104)
        at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.ipc.RpcServer$Call.done(RpcServer.java:325)
        at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.ipc.RpcServer$Responder.processResponse(RpcServer.java:1078)
        at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.ipc.RpcServer$Responder.processAllResponses(RpcServer.java:1103)
        at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.ipc.RpcServer$Responder.doAsyncWrite(RpcServer.java:1036)
        at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.ipc.RpcServer$Responder.doRunLoop(RpcServer.java:956)
        at org.apache.hadoop.hbase.ipc.RpcServer$Responder.run(RpcServer.java:891)
I checked in the trunk code also.  I think the comment in the code suggests that the size
will not be exact so there is a chance that it could be even 0.
