[~sduskis] That helps. Stick a version of your last comment as release note? After pasting
the above, I'd say we don't need to do a bunch of runs... just get a clean hadoopqa before
commit.

 HBASE-12728 will likely result in removing the flushCommits() method from Table.  The patch
for this issue should remove all unnecessary calls to flushCommit() to prepare for the full
fix..
