Jurriaan Mous updated HBASE-12684:
----------------------------------
    Attachment: HBASE-12684-v19.patch

That TestHCM test keeps coming back and is really shaking out anything that could go wrong...
I never get these fails locally but they point to some nasty bugs.

For some context: the TestHCM test that fails send out 50.000+ RPC calls which are canceled
5000 times on another thread. So they shake out any concurrency issues in the RpcClient.

I have added a condition to check the found issue so the current surfacing problem should
not happen again. Lets see if TestHCM finds some new problems or succeeds again next time.

> With the changes in HBASE-12597 it is possible to add new RpcClients. This issue is about
adding a new Async RpcClient which would enable HBase to do non blocking protobuf service
communication.
> Besides delivering a new AsyncRpcClient I would also like to ask the question what it
would take to replace the current RpcClient? This would enable to simplify async code in some
next issues.
