    Release Note: Adds new HEAP_SETTINGS environment variable to ./bin/hbase. Set java on
and offheap with this one variable.  It equates as follows HEAP_SETTINGS="$JAVA_HEAP_MAX $JAVA_OFFHEAP_MAX"
