[~apurtell], I think the jenkins jacoco plugin can aggregate the coverage reports for all
the modules and prepares a unified report. The hbase-client package on master was about 76%.
My previous numbers might be short of the actual coverage. Especially because I didn't runAllTests.

The code coverage tool would help in finding the extent of code coverage we have in new patches.
The hadoop qa bot should be able to stamp a -1 on diffs that decrease the coverage. This jira
is to do the same.
