Looks ok to me, 
should we batch the reinsertion? (just an optimization so we can do that later)
another consideration is that one problem that we have with the coprocessor is that you don't
get a failure event, so in this case you'll end up with the acl map referencing the acls for
the failed operation until the next retry.
