Thanks for contrib. Where would we use it do you think? How better than the histograms we
currently use?  On the setMin and setMax, what do you think of the discussion on the end of
this blog discussion an implementation that looks a little similar -- spinning until we can
successfully CAS the value -- http://gridgain.blogspot.com/2011/06/even-better-atomicinteger-and.html
