bq. And meta has already been marked that the table is disabled? We'll not do more rpcs from
the client?
As I know, regions simply unassigned, so there is not information in meta, that table was
disabled. 

bq. What does 'any retryable exception' mean? More than just NSRE?
I know about PleaseHoldException and NSRE, may be more of them, not sure.
