Hey Andy, 

I've confirmed that it works as expected with master, 0.98, and branch-1. When committing
into those branches, I'd just have to modify one line in the Dockerfile to reflect the desired

highlighted the difficulty that new users can face in getting HBase compiled from source and
running locally. I'd like to provide a Dockerfile that would allow anyone with Docker running
on a machine with a reasonably current Linux kernel to do so with ease.
