You are right, throwing the ClosedChannelException probably is overkill considering that the
call has not been processed yet. Also moving the "skipped" log line from debug to info won't
help. Perhaps adding a new metric for abandoned/aborted calls?

If a client disconnects the call queue size is not decremented causing new calls to get rejected
with a CallQueueTooBigException.
