Yes.  We just added a feature that will help some in most use cases (all on-heap) yet it is
off by default.  Turn it on so we start to get experience with it and then improve as new
context arrives (Next up would be offheap BC on by default.  Even here, meta blocks are onheap
so could be pertinent in this case even as is).  Yeah, later, would be coolio if our ergonomics
system shifted offheap usage around... I suggest that a good ways out though (if at all).

serving situation -- a valid concern -- but lets enable this feature in 0.99 and see how it
does.  Can always disable it before 1.0 if a problem.
