Resolving as invalid.

This kind of question best belongs on the user or dev lists.

Yeah, the notiion is that you can ask to run with more closers.  We don't list every config
in the hbase-default.xml because it would overwhelm and confuse.  Some configs are in code
only.  If you have gone to the trouble of reading the code, then you'll likely understand
what the particular minor config can do for you.
