Tell us more [~ram_krish] about this 'ScanQueryMatch still uses KV. With this patch it would
help BufferedDataBlockEncoders to use Cell and directly use it in comparison and during Kv.next()
and kv.peek().'  Will this be fixed in a follow up?  Or these are not changeable?
