> The set of block encoders available for processing HFiles is fixed at compile time. Rather
than hardcode the set of available encoders in an enum, consider a registry and a couple of
APIs for adding additional encoders at runtime. Modify HFile (V3) metadata to specify encoders
by string or classname.
