    Description: HBase can benefit from doing dropbehind during compaction since compacted
files are not read again.  HDFS advisory caching, introduced in HDFS-4817, can help here.
 The right API here is {{DataInputStream#setDropBehind}}.  (was: HBase can benefit from doing
