Ok. So it's more an issue with the mirrors than with the HBase repository.

It seems to be missing from most of the mirrors but some still have it like http://apache.sunsite.ualberta.ca/hbase/hbase-0.95.2/.

Strange. But most probably not HBase related. I will bring that to the mailing list.
