     Release Note: Adds option to disable master's attempt at recovering zookeeper session:
i.e. just fail.  Set the fail-fast option when you have a backup master running that you can
fail to.
     Hadoop Flags: Reviewed
           Status: Patch Available  (was: Reopened)
