Added patch v3.  I adapted Francis' servlet container idea so that I don't need to touch each
resource.  I removed the auth handler to address the auth plugability concern.  Per user context
is still used to cache per-user hconnections. The context will be closed if the token is expired.
 Otherwise, the connection may stay open.
