RejectedExecutionException can happen in two cases if am not wrong?
-> My pool size is full and cannot take new task.
-> Threadpoolexecutor is shutdown but i assign a task after it is shutdown.  
I agree that if we are shutting down in that case need not handle RejectedExecutionException
but for the #1 we may have to.
Pls do correct me if am wrong here.
