Thanks Sergey for taking a look. 
count parameter is mainly used to track the index of the record generated from this map task
(client name). We save this in the row to help with debugging. So if a map task generates
25M, they will share the same client name, but will have counts: 0..24999999. 
We should do >= instead of >, because count=0 is also passed at the first run. We only
ignore count = -1. 
count + 1 should really be count + i to add the index.
