stack updated HBASE-7900:
-------------------------

    Attachment: 7900.txt

Patch implementing CellScanner.

Miscellaneous Cell-ification of the client Put/Delete, etc. objects
needed so can get Cells from Cell-carrying objects all via the same
mechanism (CellScanner).

Depends on hbase-7899 being in place.

remove deprecated methods from action.

make append be able to take cells.

make mutation return a lists of cells sorted on family
(previous was keyvalues and not sorted)

Make Increment into a Mutation (So I can treat all client objects
but Gets as Mutations)

Have Mutation implement CellScannerable so can get a CellScanner
over Put/Delete/Increment, etc. Cells.

Change internal familyMap of families to lists of KeyValues to be
a sorted Map of lists of Cells (this has repercussions which is
bulk of this patches change)

Make Result implemnt CellScannerable.
