Jean-Marc, can you be a little more explicit? The way the cleaner works is that it doesn't
delete non-empty directories unless all the files under the directory have been removed. So
adding the file under the directory would ensure it doesn't get deleted. 

This is also covered in TestCleanerChore#testDeletesEmptyDirectories
