Can you back up further and figure how that region got assigned?  Did master think it closed
it at an earlier time?  Looks like double-assign.  This was the region that was overshadowed.
 The shadowing region probably got closed properly as part of table disable and delete; it
probably removed the files the above crash regionserver was referencing (guessing).
