I think those are good names.  The reason i thought we should start with hbase-server was
that there would be less code to extract to common and client, even though the name would
be inaccurate for a while.  

Looks like the trade-off is: 1) move less code but have a temporarily inaccurate name, or
2) move more code but keep the name accurate
