I've been working on a new version of hbck that solves a whole bunch of potential problems
in HBase tables.   Currently it is implemented for a variant of 0.90 in mind -- there will
likely be some minor work to port to stock 0.90.5, and significant work required to port it
to trunk / 0.92.
