  This fixes TestHFileBlock broken in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-4768 when
running on a 32-bit JVM, where reference size is 4 bytes instead of 8 bytes.

TEST PLAN
  Run TestHFileBlock and TestSchemaConfigured in both 32-bit and 64-bit mode.
