I'm suggesting that only where we read/write ServerNames in ZK (that's only the master znode,
right?) we prefix with a version number. When we deserialize it, we can check the first four
bytes: if it starts with 0x00, its a version number, otherwise, it's a hostname (since a valid
hostname won't ever start with 0x00). I would think these changes would be localized to MasterAddressTracker,
ZKUtil.dump, and ActiveMasterManager, no?
