Since the HFileOutputFormat just writes KeyValues, delete support should fall out "for free".
However, the APIs to construct the delete tombstones aren't that obvious, so I think it will
be an advanced feature. We should follow up this JIRA with (a) much better documentation on
HFileOutputFormat (b) some better wrapper APIs for using it, as KeyValue is pretty low level.
