KeyValues are "low level" but there are some pretty user-accessible API calls in it that look
just like Puts.  Shouldn't be too hard to support Put and Delete though since their underlying
structure is a bunch of KeyValues anyways.

Could make HFOF the same API/similar API as TOF.  Would make sense once u can load to an existing
table.
