In such case if we run Verify Replication from pr it says no mismatch whereas if you run from DR, it as X ROWS only in Primary where as if you atleast 1 row in primary it would show correct behvaiour like 1 GOOD and X ONLY IN PEER. This give in consistent results and also veirifyreplication is no more idempotent.
