Checked signature and hash on src tgz.
Built tgz from src w/ jdk7.
Loaded some data. Verified it made it.
Browsed UI, logs, and docs.

All looks good.

P.S. Sorry, didn't get a chance to deploy and run RC test at larger scale.
Will do for 1.3.1. Have done a bunch of larger scale ITBLLs w/ Chaos on
recent tips of 1.3 and it seemed sound.
