Esteban Gutierrez resolved HBASE-9826.
--------------------------------------
    Resolution: Fixed

in KeyValue.createByteArray() we check for the valid parameters used in the constructor. Resolving
since we haven't seen this corrupted KVs in a very long time.

> Key: HBASE-9826
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-9826

> Issue Type: Bug
> Affects Versions: 0.89-fb

> We have seen a case where a corrupted KV was causing a flush to fail repeatedly.
> KV seems to have some sanity checks when it is created. But, not sure how the corrupted
KV got in.
> We could add some sanity checks before/after serialization to make sure KV's are not
corrupted.
> I've seen this issue on 0.89. But, I am not sure about the other versions. Since the
trunk has moved to pb; this may not apply.
