Lets just roll what's there. The removal of fas narrow seems easy enough.
Canary fixes wouldn't sink a release even if they were incorrect.
HFileReaderv2 prefetch, rpc codec, and the data loss seems like the ones
we'll need to focus on for testing. But that seems do-able.
