Checked Signature and has.
Running bin version on CDH5.5.1 Hadoop clusters
Build from source, src passed apache-rat check
ITBLL, ITAG, ITIngest, ITBulkload, LTT in calm mode at various scales run
and pass for the past 72 hours.  (have been running different RCs for a
while now)
