Andrew Purtell resolved HBASE-3953.
    Resolution: Later

> Add metrics command to HBase Shell
> ----------------------------------
> Key: HBASE-3953
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HBASE-3953
> Project: HBase
> Issue Type: New Feature
> Components: shell
> Reporter: Lars George
> Priority: Minor
> Hadoop also adds a JMX get command, but since we have the shell already we can simply
wire in the JMX call and retrieve one specific metric, or all metrics of a specific record,
or all metrics across all records. For an example I would like to point to me JMXToolkit (https://github.com/larsgeorge/jmxtoolkit)
- doesn't need all the extras, but as an example to do the one, partial, or complete query.
