    Resolution: Won't Fix

Resolving as won't fix.  Adds metrics for slabcache exclusively.  We don't want this.  Instead we want a generic means of doing metrics on block cache implementations. We have that (BlockCache Interface) and the L1+L2 implementations (DoubleBlockCache, etc.) report currently by aggregating L1 and L2 stats. We'll probably want to have them report separately going forward but not in this cache-particular way.
