I can't follow issues@ volume and don't know what to make of dist/. The questions I asked were
not rhetorical. What I remember about 0.94.0 was it passed RC, I've been working on issues
with 0.94 against 2.0 (but that's tagged alpha) and was surprised by the flat assessment because
it seems to cover 0.94 + 1.0 as well.
