If we are taking a release cut for 0.90.5 then we need to test rolling
restart with the patch for HBASE-4352.(Timeout monitor refactor)

Agreed.  I'll run check on rolling upgrade form 0.90.4 --> 0.90.5 on a
cluster at least.
