Yes, I tried the tweaks suggested on the Performance Tuning page but got the same error again.

Here are the details of my setup:
8 nodes + 1 master
8GB RAM on the slaves, 16GB on the master
Heap size for HBase - 3GB
File limit - 10240 (both hard and soft)

There is not much data in this HBase instance yet. I'm facing the problem during the loading
operation.
