hbase-1385 is issue to cover new stuff.

I think we need to drag along old stuff if we can (Fellas complain that its a pain updating their MR jobs on every update -- would be nice to spare them a migration).

As to names, they ain't too pretty.

TableReduce becomes TableReducer?  Since it implements Reducer?

TableMap becomes TableMapper since it implements Mapper?

The base for Mapper and Reducer are no longer Interfaces, IIRC.  That may make for some issues.

I think NewTIF and NewTOF are probably unavoidable unless someone else has ideas.
