Thanks lads.  Let me commit. I'll file issues for broken tests.

Other thing to note is not profiling has been done as yet either; we can do
that later (hotspots will be the transformation of Lists of KeyValues to
RowResults done at the servers' edge -- usually in HRegionServer).
