Alex, thanks for making new patch against our version of thrift.  The foo2 changes look fine
but the generated2 seems odd in that it removes Mutation.java file and others.  Thats not
what you want, right?

On unit tests, yeah, we have a little test.  You could exercise of your additions by adding
to src/test/org/apache/hadoop/hbase/thrift/TestThriftServer.java.
