FYI: To catch the issues Ruilong reported with 2.1.0.0-incubating RC1
release (HAWQ-1267, HAWQ-1268), I have added the following two checks to
the Apache Jenkins HAWQ-rat
<https://builds.apache.org/view/All/job/HAWQ-rat/> job:

* NOTICE Copyright current year check
* pom.xml HAWQ version check
