Good idea.

(1) Added one FAQ page here:

(2) This link with other common used links also added to README.md (
https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq/commit/5a8622707749cfe98c61188ab212a61c83778998
)

So let's continue to add FAQ in that page or move previous.  ~..~
