    HAWQ-760. Add hawq register to support registering parquet file(s) into hawq

    Users sometimes want to register data files generated by other system like hive into hawq.
These commits add support for the registration for parquet-format file(s). Users could integrate
their external parquet file(s) into hawq conveniently.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/Oliver-Luo/incubator-hawq master

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/incubator-hawq/pull/679.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
